Privacy Policy

TRKR is an invite-only sales operations service for authorized Ion Solar sales teams, available through a web dashboard and native Apple app. This policy explains the information TRKR handles to provide those experiences, including connected Calendar and notification features.

Information We Collect

TRKR may collect account information such as name, email address, profile photo, office, role, authentication and security receipts, login activity, app preferences, CRM notes, pipeline status, calendar connection status, and user-entered account, recruiting, or support records.

If you enable native features, TRKR may also handle an Apple push token and limited device metadata needed to route notifications, bounded app, iOS, and sync diagnostics you deliberately submit in a support report, files or text you deliberately share into TRKR, and photos you deliberately choose or capture for your profile. TRKR does not upload your address book, track your location in the background, or use app-open activity to score reps.

How We Use Information

TRKR uses this information to authenticate users, enforce role and office access, show verified pipeline and earnings information, support account follow-up, recruiting, manager coaching, owner operations, notifications, widgets, and user-directed connected-service workflows, and keep operational data current.

Native App and Notifications

The native app stores a bounded protected snapshot, user preferences, and pending user-created work on the device so authorized information can load reliably. Sensitive Lock Screen details are hidden by default. If you enable detailed previews, the device may display more account context in notifications. Signing out removes TRKR's protected local snapshot, pending local content, widgets, Spotlight entries, delivered notifications, and active Live Activities from that device. Server records are not deleted merely by signing out.

Apple Push Notification service may receive a device token and notification payload needed to deliver an alert. Delivery is optional, can be changed in TRKR or iOS Settings, and does not replace the in-app notification center.

AI Processing

TRKR may use Anthropic's Claude API for AI processing that summarizes pipeline activity, coaches next steps, drafts follow-up language, or generates training material. Before dashboard context is sent to Anthropic, customer phone, email, and address fields are stripped and replaced with placeholders, and known customer names are redacted from free text where possible. Redaction is best-effort. TRKR has requested zero-data-retention treatment from Anthropic and this policy should be updated once that status is confirmed.

Google Calendar Data

If a user connects Google Calendar, TRKR requests access only so that the user can view, sync, create, or update their own calendar events inside TRKR workflows. Calendar connections are scoped per user. Managers and owners are not given access to another user's personal Google Calendar through TRKR.

TRKR does not sell Google user data. TRKR does not use Google Calendar data for advertising. TRKR's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Sharing

TRKR shares information only as needed to operate the service, enforce role-based access, and support authorized business workflows. This may include infrastructure and delivery providers such as Convex, Vercel, Apple Push Notification service, Google for user-connected Calendar features, and the AI provider described above. Sales pipeline data may be visible to owners or managers based on office and role permissions. Personal calendar data remains tied to the connected user account.

Security

TRKR uses role-based access controls, per-user authentication, fresh two-factor checks for privileged operations, HTTPS, protected on-device storage, and production security headers. Face ID can protect an already-authorized local session, but it does not replace server authentication. No system can guarantee perfect security, but TRKR is designed to limit access to the people and roles that need it.

Retention and Removal

Operational records are retained while needed for sales, coaching, reporting, security, and account administration. Local native-app content is cleared as described above when a user signs out. Users may disconnect Google Calendar in TRKR, revoke Google access from their Google Account, or request account-data review or removal through their TRKR administrator.

Contact

Questions about this policy should go through the TRKR administrator.
